Dear Families,
Our Meet the Teacher /
Curriculum Night is scheduled for Thursday, September 27, 2018 from 6:30 to
7:45 pm. Families
are invited to visit classrooms to meet their child’s teacher and receive
classroom and curriculum information.
Teachers will make short presentations or have information to share with
you at 6:30-6:45 pm and then again at 7:15 – 7:30. There will be time after each
of the presentations to meet the teacher and tour around the classroom. If for
some reason an individual teacher has a slightly different schedule for meeting
with families, they will be in contact with you separately.
Some of our community partners will be joining
us and will be available to answer questions and give you information about
their programs. Also, we will be hoping
to collect your email addresses if we haven’t already done so. These will only be used by our office to send
you important school information and updates.
As we will no longer be sending home newsletters on paper to support our
Eco-Schools initiatives, these emails are of the utmost importance.
Curriculum Night will conclude at 7:45
pm. Please remember that this is an
evening to meet your child’s teacher and to receive information about our
school programs and not a separate interview time for each student.
Our admin team will be in the front foyer to
meet with parents and guardians and are happy to answer any questions you might
have. We look forward to seeing you on

有一些社区伙伴届时会加入我们进行答疑，并介绍他们的项目。同时我们也希望得到您的电子邮箱地址，如果您还没有给到我们。电子邮箱地址仅用于学校向您发送一些重要的通知或者信息更新。我们致力于支持学校的绿色环保愿景，将不再发送纸质的学校信息，所以您的电子邮箱地址至关重要。
课程分享之夜将会在晚上 7:45结束。请注意这次分享是与老师的会面，同时了解我们学校开展的项目，并不是每个学生家长单独与老师的面谈。
学校管理人员将在学校前厅会见各位父母或监护人，如有疑问，我们非常乐意回答。期待在2018年9月27日与您见面！
